About me
Hi, I'm the creator of Smolder and Scroll — a space where stories ignite and art leaves its mark. I'm 29 years old, a lifelong book lover, and a passionate pyrography artist. Whether I’m lost in the pages of a gripping crime novel or carefully burning intricate designs into wood, I find joy in the detail, the texture, and the story behind it all.
My favourite reads usually fall under fantasy, crime, and thriller — the kind of books that pull you in and don’t let go. I love discovering richly built worlds, complex characters, and mysteries that keep me guessing to the last page. You’ll find plenty of honest, heartfelt reviews here, from hyped bestsellers to hidden gems.
When I’m not reading, I’m usually working on my next pyrography project — turning wood into something beautiful, one burn at a time. I love the slow, intentional nature of it, and I’m always experimenting with new designs inspired by the books I read or the natural world around me.
